By booking an activity, excursion or tour through our Peace Travel Tunisia website, you accept the general conditions described below.
We are committed to ensuring complete transparency in our services to guarantee your complete satisfaction. Please read carefully the following information regarding our operating procedures, cancellation, refund, and pricing policies.
1. General Conditions
These conditions apply to all bookings made through our website, whether it is for activities, excursions or tours organised by Peace Travel Tunisia.

2. Activities
2.1 Pick-up
We provide round-trip pick-up from your hotel in Djerba to the activity location.
2.2 Supervision
Guides are present to guide you, ensure your safety and assist you during the activity. They may not always speak your language perfectly, but they do their best to be understood. This applies in particular to activities such as quad biking, camel riding, horse riding, buggying, jet skiing, parasailing, etc.
2.3 Pricing
Adults : full price.
Children (under 12) : 50% off (if accompanied by 2 paying adults).
Babies (under 2) : free.
2.4 Cancellation by the client
If you cancel your trip entirely for a valid reason, we will refund you 100%.
However, if you cancel only an activity without a serious reason (for example, change of mind or a better price found elsewhere), a 50% fee will apply (for activities between 10€ and 50€).
2.5 Cancellation by the agency
In case of adverse weather conditions or force majeure, the activity will be rescheduled (the following day or the day after), or refunded 100% if rescheduling is not possible.
2.6 Minimum number of participants
Some activities require a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached, the agency reserves the right to cancel the activity with a full refund.
3. Excursions
3.1 Minimum number of participants
A minimum of 4 participants is required. You may be grouped with other clients in the same vehicle. This only applies to transport, not accommodation.
3.2 Children’s pricing
All participants, regardless of age, pay the full price, as each person occupies a seat in the vehicle.
3.3 Cancellation by the client
1-day excursions : free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure.2-day excursions : free cancellation up to 72 hours before departure.3-day or more excursions : no cancellation or refund possible after confirmation (accommodation, meals and guides already booked).
3.4 Refund
Even within the cancellation deadlines, a 20% fee applies to cover incurred costs.
4. Payment
Payment is made through our secure online system. Please provide correct and complete information when booking.
5. Modifications
In case of exceptional conditions (weather, unforeseen logistical issues, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or reschedule an activity or excursion. You will be informed as soon as possible and alternative options will be offered.
